Wendy’s partnered with the 76ers to create an in-game experience that combines the thrill of competition with the sweet reward of a Wendy’s signature Frosty®. If the opposing team player misses 2 consecutive free throws, the entire Philadelphia market is treated to a free Frosty. Fans can be heard chanting “Fros-ty, Fros-ty, Fros-ty” as the opponent walks up to the free throw line. This activation gave Wendy’s an ownable moment as well as some interesting press from Isaiah Thomas.
